When You Are Very Hungry - On a Binge!!

When you are on binge and very hungry - HIT FIRST THE PROTEIN. The best choice should be a high protein salad, and during the binge stay away from carbohydrates. Fill up on protein. If you are arriving at home and feeling very hungry, look for the protein, hopefully you keep always some grilled chicken on the fridge, or some tuna fish on a can ready to be devoured. Another great choice could be a quick omelete, but do not dig on bread, sweets or cookies, which can be easily found in your kitchen cabinets or pantry. In fact, avoid buying them if you wish to stay in shape or loose some undesired weight. Then, drink a good amount of plain water. This will fill you in and "distract" your cravings for the moment.
