Workout Like A USA Special Forces Guy!

WIN THE MENTAL BATTLE! Balance your power with Body / Mind / Quality of Life / Physical Therapy / Family & Finances / Further Education / Nutrition / Strength / Warrior Transition - 1. Every 4 months, test how many pull-ups, push-ups, and hanging leg raises you can do in 2-minutes, and time a 1 1/2 mile run; 2. Teams deploy with fitness gear tailored to the mission. So do the same way, making sure you have always something you may need for your workout. 3. Make sure you deal well with signs of depression, lack of interest and purpose/hope for the future. Forgive others, move on and enjoy your life, and remember leave behind the stuff that upset you, because it is worthless to bring them along. 4. Seek ways to develop skills to make you even better at your job, such as joining Toastmasters to hone your public speaking. I love to speak in public, and literally try to learn new techniques all the time, so bring along a few appropriate jokes for some entertaining as well. 5. Marines and all other Special Forces decompress after combat at a different location before going home, Stressed? Get away for a mojo check, go somewhere else for fun and decompress all negative stress before heading home after any sort of mission. 6. Think about what you want others to remember you by, so write it down and look at it all the time. This will re-enforce what you want for yourself, and help you to make it better all the time. BE MORE DECISIVE This will help you reach ramifications and deal better with the results FREE UP YOUR BANDWIDTH When you are constantly making decisions, your mind tires and looks for shortcuts, so you may make impulsive decisions or duck them altogether. So, to prevent this, establish protocols, schedules, and lists so decisions become automatic. So, by setting a work schedule, for instance, eliminates the need to think about it. SALUTE THE SMALL STUFF Always give positive but honest feedback to yourself and to your team. REACH INSTRUCTOR LEVEL - IN ANYTHING!! Establish your own brand and be an instructor-like type of guy.
