Health Tip: Get Active!

Keeping a log of your physical activity can help motivate you to get enough exercise and track your progress.
The Weight-Control Information Network says you should include the following information in your activity log: 1. Date of your activity. 2. Time spent on each activity. 3. Type of activity (ie., walking or gardening). 4. Your goal for each activity. 5. How you felt during and after each activity.
