So, a healthier ratio of good to bad bacteria may help prevent weight gain. Therefore, to goose your ratio, eat fermented foods everyday. Branch out to eat yogurt every day, and or also sauerkraut, which have a lot of good bacteria essential to your healthy digestive tract and to keep those fat foods and high caloric meals get into your body system.
