Cholesterol Management

While some cholesterol is necessary for your body to function properly, high levels of it may narrow blood vessels and even lead to heart disease and stroke. Exercising regularly, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, and not smoking may help combat high cholesterol. Some over-the-counter products may also help to manage the amount of cholesterol in your blood.
