Keep Your Skin Young

As we age, we shall keep our skin soft, well nourished, hydrated, protected from sun-damage and more. I personally, keep my face soft by sing facial scrubs as I shower, and by using products with HYALURONIC ACID every day and cycles of Retina-A weekly. Then, protect your skin from sun damage by using oil-free sunblocks. Drink a lot of water, natural juices and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Avoid fat foods and all fries. As you stay outside under sunlight, wear a hat as most as possible.
