Stress is defined as the symptom where you feel headache, dizzy because of so tired. It also can be caused by tired minds when you have busy times in offices or so on. Stress actually can be caused by many factors. The dominant factor is about lifestyle. Bad habits in your lifestyle can affect your health so that indirectly your body can’t hold out and finally get stress. To avoid stress, you ought to prepare everything to maintain your body in order not to easy get sick. What signs of stress? As we know that stress is caused by the bad habits such as lack nutriments in the body (seldom eating), lack of sleep, never get relax etc. For instantly you have no time to breakfast at the morning before going to office. Meanwhile in the office there are many tasks that you should do. Consequently you’ll feel dizzy or even so tired after go home. Stress is commonly begun with rather tired, after that you feel your body can’t work well even feel headache. The boring times also will come on you can’t enjoy the daily work that you do. How to Treat it? Drink the soporific isn’t the wise solution. Yes I know it will help you to avoid the stress temporary but after it will come back after you wake up. Well, the best way that you can do is by relaxing your mind. It can be realized by going to spa, soaking in own hot tub at home, massage, tour, hang out with friends and the most important thing is leave your busy time in office temporary to get the fun in outside world.
