Creating Your Own Reality, Instead Of Reacting To It

Scientists have discovered something very interesting! Atoms, the basic building blocks of the universe, behave differently when we are observing them then they do when we are not. In other words they are changing to fit in with our own personal biases and are being shaped to show us what we want to see.
Why is this such a big deal? Since atoms are the basic building blocks of the universe it means that the universe as a whole is also changing based off of our own personal beliefs. Our own thoughts whether they are good or bad is shaping the events that happen in our lives. If we believe that the world is a good place to live and that we are lucky, our external reality will reflect that. If we believe that the world is a bad place to live and is filled with conspiracies and evil people we will end up bringing those things into our lives. In effect we, as conscious observers, are creating everything. The universe is not as solid as it may seem to be to us, but in reality it is an ocean filled with endless possibilities. Only by observing and putting those possibilities together do we form the world that we experience. “Our life is what our thoughts make it.” Marcus Aurelius Why Do We Live In This World? You will find a lot of information on the web about how to use the law of attraction to change our lives when it comes to money, relationships, health, etc. But why is that the limit? If the universe is really just an endless sea of possibilities why do we live in this particular world?
Why do we see trees, grass, building, and so on when we could just as easily imagine a diamond shape world where everyone has superpowers and nobody ever grows old? The answer is because we are conditioned to believe this world is real by others around us. As we grow older we also tend to believe it ourselves and that reinforces our beliefs about how the world is shaped. “You create your own universe as you go along.” Winston Churchill Whenever we are thinking about our day, or what we have to do, or what happened to us in our pasts, we are conditioning ourselves to believe that the world is how we are observing it. We tell ourselves that this is how reality looks and so there cannot be another way. The collective consciousness of all people on the planet is creating this world and as we spend time with others we all tend to help reinforce those ideas on each other and keep ourselves in the same reality we are already in. Breaking Away From The Norm When we react to the world we are simply reinforcing the universe that the collective conscious is creating for us. It means all of the panicking, stereotypes, and anger that gets thrown into the mix by a few individuals is also going into our reality and we are simply accepting them as fact. If you want to stop reacting to the world and start creating it you have to break away from the crowd and start forming your own reality that is separate from the reality you get from the crowd.
“If everyone is thinking alike, then somebody isn’t thinking.”George S. Patton How do you do that? It all starts with an idea. When we put an idea in front of our brain and focus on it we are pushing aside all other items such as, our memories of the past, our 5 senses experiencing the present, and our beliefs and predictions about the future. When we do this and our idea takes the front seat in our brain, that idea becomes more important than reality itself, and we are no longer just reacting to the world, but we are creating it. This is why visualization is so important. When we visualize, we focus on what we want to see happen. Because we are no longer focusing on what we have seen happen in the past we can work to changing our future in the direction we want to go. Visualization works! There is a reason why the most successful people who have ever lived started with an idea and kept pushing it and thinking about it until they achieved it. The idea is what kick starts change. “Your circumstances may be uncongenial, but they shall not remain so if you only perceive an ideal and strive to reach it. You cannot travel within and stand still without.” James Allen But as powerful as visualization can be, it does take time to happen. Most people fail to manifest their dreams in life because they are inpatient and give up before they start to see their results. To really start creating your own reality you have to hold onto what you want and keep visualizing it. You have to believe that it will happen and you have to push for it with all your heart. When you do the universe takes a step back and lets you find a way of achieving your goal. In short, all of us have a choice in life. We can either choose to accept our life as it is and reinforce the beliefs set upon us by others, or we can choice to start creating your own reality and living life based on your own terms.
