Fight Stress

Healthy habits can help combat stress, and keep you mentally and physically healthier.
The American Heart Association suggests how to battle stress: 1. Maintain good relationships, and talk regularly with friends and family. 2. Get some physical activity every day. 3. Accept that there are some things you cannot change. 4. Break any bad habits. 5. Give back to others. 6. Try not to worry so much. 7. Get plenty of sleep. 8. Stay as organized as possible.
