Children can learn healthy habits that can help them throughout their lives.

  • Get physical activity every day.
  • Try new vegetables and fruits to expand your tastes.
  • Drink plenty of water every day.
  • Take frequent breaks from TV watching to get some exercise.
  • Help your parents prepare a healthy dinner for the family.
