Afterwards, at the end of the day, TRX class at the gym, where all energy in my body will be burned to finish 60 minutes of pure torture, very well managed by Sharon, my TRX instructor.
Start your day first of all with that great shower with the nicest fragrances and soaps you enjoy, the ones that make you feel really good, then subsequently:
- If you like coffee, have a low calorie one, even though I love Ice latte with caramel, I am trying to stay away from them;
- If you don not drink coffee in the morning, squeeze some fresh oranges, and use the juicer to have some fresh juice along with the orange juice, such as carrots, beets, or some green leaves. This choice will be terrific, full of antioxidants and vitamins;
- I usually never have time to prepare any food in the morning, so a whole wheat toast with my favorite raspberry jam sounds good;
- As I hurry out, I grab a banana which I always eat on my way to work;
- At mid-morning another glass of juice would be perfect, with a yummy granola bar with raisins, and nuts.
So after all this, my morning at work will be simply healthy and pleasant, which will make me feel energetic, satisfied and ready for the next move, which I will describe later on ok.
