The reason to have great abs is not only for the beauty of it, but mostly to be healthy and to save lives. Large potbelly, and basically men with hard and large bellies are more susceptible to heart attacks, strokes, cardiovascular diseases, liver problems and many other conditions affecting the brain, legs, kidneys and much more. So, why not change that and get the best abs ever! So let's start it now!
You may follow a few steps and get it started:
1. Go Easy On The Sauce
If you are aiming to reduce a potbelly, first you have to stop adding to it. And you like to imbibe, cutting your alcohol intake may be the key. It is true that there is such a thing as a beer belly. There are studies showing that men and women that drink beer on a regular basis, such as more than two drinks a day had the largest waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), which is how us doctors quantify potbellies.
2. Stop Puffing
Cigarette smoking is bad for you, so STOP SMOKING! Studies show that there are twice as many fat abdomens among those who smoke as for non-somkers. Some smokers think that if they stop smoking, they will gain weight, however, if they continue smoking the fat deposit will continue perhaps a little bit less, but in a very unattractive and unhealthy ways.
3. The Fat You Eat Is The Fat You Wear
And if you are someone who is prone to wearing it on your abdomen, reducing your fat intake is likely to be a good belly-busting strategy. Some studies show that women and men that cut fat from their diet lost 10 to 15 pounds.
4. Don't Sweeten The Pot
Fat may not be the only culprit in storing belly blubber, however. Cut also the sweets, and chocolates which we all love so much. When our bodies get a jolt of simple sugars, as from a soda, it releases lot s of insulin in response. Insulin is a storage prone hormone, which will make you fat. It opens up the fat cells, making them ready to store fat.
5. Lose it Once
Weight is much more dangerous the second time around. Losing and gaining weight repeatedly is simply terrible, so avoid this cycle, and upon losing weight maintain it.
6. EXERCISE Then add exercise always to your diet routine and stay in this way. Only diet may not be sufficient to weight loss or to get you a healthy and beautiful abdomen, you have to exercise.
