Get Rid of The Bear Belly

Sometimes, guys and also girls get lazy during the - winter or some other different time, and neglect diet, exercises and a more active life style. So, as a result, a bear like belly may grow, or fat deposits may appear elsewhere. Then why not try to shed some of these fat deposits and re-shape that bear belly! 1. Start Slowly - if you were "hibernating" or on a lazy mode during the past few months, start working out slowly, Some guys go back to the gym or exercising again trying to do the same or lift as heavy as they were doing before this "hibernating" period. By doing this, injuries may take place and you may lose the desire to get back to a regular exercise routine. So, start slowly, lifting half the weight you were lifting before and increase by 10% increments each week. 2. Plan Ahead - draft a plan prior to get back to the gym, or prior to re-start your exercise routine. Make sure you draft a plan that is attainable and possible to be accomplished slowly. By having a plan, you get back to exercise with more precision and direction. Right down and use check-marks related to your goals and objectives and keep track of results. 3. Grab Iron First - Do you think that running is the first and best exercise to help you lose weight? No, this assumption is incorrect. So, start by lifting weights, which will increase hormone production and secretion such as testosterone and growth hormone. This will assist your muscles to increase muscle mass and strength. 4. Feed Your Gains - eat healthy, and add some fish and chicken as protein source and add some fruits, cereals, berries and steam vegetables. Avoid carbohydrates after 6PM altogether, and have some whole grain bread in the morning only with your favorite sugar-free jelly. No beer from Sunday evening till Thursday evening. Try to stay away from beer at least 5 days a week, and when decide to have a beer, try a lite one. Now - good luck and keep the pace. You will notice the good results timely and with patience.
