Tips For a Healthy Breakfast
Most of the times, we are in such a rush in the mornings, that we do not have much time to prepare a healthy and nice breakfast.
So, why not try this one! Pour some whole grain cereal in a bowl with low or non-fat milk, mix some delicious berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, add some organic honey and a little bit of wheat germ. This is so healthy, delicious and filling. I personally love it! Have a great successful day now!
