Smash Your Stress

Are you sometimes stressed out? Yes, I am sure you are, so smash it. But how? It is no secret that stress beats up your body. But is the the way you deal helping you or hurting you? There are several ways to smash your stress, so here a few tips to do it: You know you should take a few deep breaths when you feel stressed. Instead, some guys and also some girls may eat too much, have an unnecessary drink, eat sweets, excessive amount of chocolates etc etc etc. By doing this, you may activate reward pathways while quieting the amygdala - the emotional, overwrought area in your brain. Instead of doing this, take that deep breath, walk around, take a ride on your bike, do something else to distract yourself, but DO NOT EAT EXCESSIVELY, DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL, AND DO NOT TRY TO GO CRAZY. SIMPLY TAKE A DEEP BREATH FIRST! You Could Also Do The Following To Help You Out With The Stress: 1. Savor a small portion of a light ice cream, your favorite frozen yogurt, a delicious sorbet, or a piece of a juicy seasonal fruit. 2. Self medicate with your favorite songs. 3. Build Something, and play with your tools. 4. Go to The Gym Immediately. 5. Take a 60-second vacation. 6. Watch a game on TV or something else light to distract you, but stay away from the News Networks, because they may worsen your level of stress.
