Take Your Energy Outside

It is summer time in the northern hemisphere and cool weather in the south, so take all that energy you have inside yourself and go outside - then MOVE - EXERCISE - SWIM - RIDE YOUR BIKES - JOG - RUN - WALK - HIKE - there is so much that we can do, so DO IT. You will feel so energetic, so healthy, so strong, sexy and most of all HAPPY WITH YOURSELF. Follow my Blog and daily get to now some great tips and ideas on what to do. This is basically what I do for myself to stay fit, strong, healthy, and mostly HAPPY WITH MYSELF. So, now it is a good time to turn up the heat on your outdoor training regimen. From mud runs to hikes and bike routes on the best trails in our beloved America and any other place in our beautiful planet. So as you go along make sure to bring a lot of fresh water, some apples or pears and any other fruit you enjoy, but stay always cool and hydrated ok. In addition, use the good sunblocks on face neck and any other sun-exposed parts of your body, and add a nice hat and UVA/UVB protection sunglasses to protect your eyes from the bad UV rays from the sun. So, go, what are you waiting for!!
