How Do I Stay Fit and Healthy

You should think more like a transformer as you train yourself and look into your diet, exercise routine and then, make the right choices. Believe me, when people lose weight and gain muscles, it changes their lives. So, if yo feel good about your body, you have a swagger that bleeds into all areas of your life. You should always mix metabolic resistance circuits that fuse cardio and strength training. It is important to blend them into your routine. 1. Nourish Muscle and Fortitude - I eat at least three times a day, and snack a few times in between meals. I eat before 8AM and love to cook some potatoes and white eggs, and drink a protein shake. But once in awhile, i love to eat a large grilled burger with wheat bread, potatoes, a milk shake and enjoy life. This is a choice for me, so yo shall make your own choices. I exercise everyday and this is a disciplined approach, which must be followed. 2. Expand Your Knowledge - Watch what other good athletes are doing, read about it, and conduct some research about what is new and what might be good for yo and then do it. This is what i do, I observe and try to customize the exercise to myself.
3. Build a More Athletic Body - I do push-ups, pull-ups, swim, run, lift weights and take some core and TRX classes. This is my routine, and also include outdoor activities such as biking, running and hiking. So why not try new things at times and make you feel even better about your workout routine and build a very athletic body. 4. Good and Nutritious Diet - try not to drink high caloric alcohol drinks during weekdays, so perhaps on weekends, try something light and not high caloric. Improve yourself and be a better person. Eat a lot of vegetables, fishes, lean protein and fruits. 5. Spark ideas and Soothe Stress - I love walking my dogs and playing with my son Giovanni. This relaxes me and gives a good sense of freedom and good life. I live in the country, so I enjoy the nature. However, if you live in the city, find a park and go for a walk and bring someone with you, a dog, or a friend who only talks about good and positive things, and not about bad stuff like politics, materialism, gossip about others and negative feelings.
