HOW TO BUY HAPPINESS

What is really buying happiness? Is happiness for sale? What am I talking about? Well, I believe some simple things cam make all of us very happy. It cold be a smell, a trip to a new or a place we love to go, a plant, love, sex, a kiss, an animal, or even something material, like a new pair of shoes, a shirt, clothes and some more. It really depends on our individuality and personal wishes. We have all heard before: If you want to be happier, spend money on experiences - as I said above. In my case, I love certain places, where I feel some connection with my soul and peace. I love visiting some areas in Portugal, Spain, Brasil and some historic places in the Unites States of America. So, I guess I love history and look into the past. I also love buying something I see with my own money. With the money I earned from my own efforts, so this makes me very happy. However, we humans are all different from each other, because we like different things, and this is great. It tells that we are such a great kind of species, and share different ideas, with a similar focus, BE HAPPIER!. However, memory-building activities can't completely replace stuff. Objects can enable experiences, the way new outdoor furniture can inspire summer cookouts and camaraderie. To best use your limited experiences and material goods, try these smart ideas from specialists in financial psychology. 1. KNOW WHAT TREASURE MOST - The things in life we value usually fall into one of four categories. First, if out are a personal-values person, you are happiest spending on yourself. So, a wardrobe boos might do the trick. if you are a social-values person, buying gifts for friends and family improves your spirits. On the other hand, if you are driven by what it is called physical values, you enjoy getting things that engage the senses, such a s a new bike, a new car, or a very expensive luxuriously renovated bathroom or entire home. Finally, if you are driven by financial values, and material things, you relish money in its purest sense, from saving it and or investing it to getting good deals. Figure out your desires and spend accordingly. 2. BIGGER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER - use your money for a variety of less expensive purchases, instead of one giant one. For instance, several short and very enjoyable trips throughout the year are better than a once a year big trip, which may cause financial debt, so why not enjoy multiple and very enjoyable short trips than only a big one, which can also be exhaustive. 3. DON'T GO OVERBOARD - Nothing kills happiness like bouncing a check or having a credit card declined because of high expenditures, so spend accordingly to your income and have always a reserve, and avoid rush to banks or phone calls from credit card companies and sleepless nights, due to severe worries. So take care of your bills and retirement-savings obligations before you spend any money on anything frivolous. 4. PAY DOWN YOUR MORTGAGE OR OTHER HIGH DEBTS - If you still searching for joy, consider lightning your biggest financial burden, such as your mortgage, car payments, or another substantial debt and make a higher payment, or pay it off. This will make you VERY HAPPY, believe me. I have done it and loved it. It made me very happy and relived. 1. REVEL IN GOOD SMELLS - Mood-elevating scented candles are great but expensive, so you do not need to buy expensive candles, but you may smell clean and fresh laundry. 2. SAY HELLO - We get lazy sometimes acknowledging someone we love or a friends. So, exchanging simple greetings totally may change the atmosphere in our homes and other places. 3. SUFFER FOR 15 MINUTES A DAY - What is this, how can I suffer and become happier. Simply do something that you have to do, but hate doing, such as clean your closet, or organize your ties, your shoe rack, or clean the garage. After you accomplish some of these unwanted tasks, you will achieve a sense of relief, which may make you happy.
