Salmon is not the only healthy fish in the sea for you to eat and good for your health. There are also other delicious fishes and excellent for your health. 1. BARRAMUNDI - A mild-tasting white fish, barramundi offers the recommended daily intake of omega-3s (nearly 500 milligrams) per serving.
