I Love Being Outdoors and Climbing!!
I just love being outdoor and keep myself moving and exercising. This keep me going, not for the looks but to make me feel free, alive and mostly feeling myself. So, why not. I have been trying to give some ideas about workout, which I live for, besides my family, children and work. I LOVE WORKING OUT!. So, here some ideas about what to do when you are out there in nature. First, remember to drink a lot of water, to put some sunscreen on and of course, sunglasses.
It is important to always exercise to improve our cardiovascular, pulmonary, joints, legs, muscles and neurological systems. At first, look for the appropriate exercise for you and for your goals. If you enjoy climbing cliffs, do so with the right gear and proper training. This includes safety training, and instructions on how to do it, what to wear and of course the proper climbing shoes. After extensive research and training indoor, look for the right conditions and right cliffs based on your experience and training. I have done some climbing on cliffs near water falls, because I like it better, and also some climbing in the Southwest of the United States of America. To accomplish this goal, I make sure to workout my arms, back, shoulder and legs at the gym. If you do not know exactly what to do, ask for some personal trainer assistance and discuss your goals with a good trainer, who can fully understand the practice of cliff hanging and climbing. In addition, talk to your primary care doctor and discuss your upcoming cliff climbing and make sure your healthy is well checked. Then, have fun, and of course discuss with your financial adviser about life and injury insurance, of course just in case.
